Skys has an immediate vacancy for a Deputy Operations Manager.  Based at High Wycombe, Bucks.NonN The task is to assist with HR, Health and Safety and contract management for SafeSkys’ bird control and wildlife management contracts on RAF Stations and civil airports in England, Scotland and Wales.  You need to hold a full driving licence.  Ideally you will have RAF experience as a WO or junior officer, good people skills and a shotgun and firearms certificate. CAA Air Traffic Control Officers
wycombe Air Park ATCO

SafeSkys, one of the UK’s leading independent Air Navigation Service Providers, is now part of the expanding Air Partner PLC Group and we have an exciting opportunity for an ADI / ADV rated ATCO at Wycombe Air Park.

Located in rural Buckinghamshire, Wycombe Air Park is home to a busy training and General Aviation environment with a complex mixture of Gliders, Helicopters and Powered Aircraft. With traffic due to increase and commercial plans for the airfield in progress, this is an excellent time to join the team.

Applicants should hold a valid European Air Traffic Controllers Licence issued by the UK Civil Aviation Authority and a European Class 3 Medical Certificate. Previously validated Ratings in ADI / ADV as well as ICAO English Level 5 are essential.

An OJTI endorsement and Meteorological Observers qualification are desirable, however training may be given to suitable applicants if required.

Experience of working in a busy and complex environment is essential and promotion opportunities exist with sponsored training to move on to other airports within the Group as further vacancies become available.

A competitive Salary is offered: this is negotiable dependant on experience.
